About the Enterprise Network : Board of Directors

Each Enterprise Agency has a Board of Directors made up of business people from the community that represent the diverse nature of the region in which it operates. The Board is accountable to the agency's financial stakeholders - ACOA, Province of New Brunswick and participating local municipalities.

The Board does not run day-to-day operations of the agency. It is responsible for implementing governance and operating policies, including the hiring and directing the activities of the Executive Director. It's primary role is to develop and implement a community economic development plan for its region, ensuring community input and participation through the Advisory Forum. The Board meets on a regular basis.
